The False Religion of People-Worship The False Religion of People-Worship

Most people do not consider the power of Allah, the importance of winning His favor, or the penalty they will receive from Him for not obeying His commands. Instead, they wonder what other people think about them and expect of them, and they are most interested in doing everything they can to ingratiate themselves with others.
These individuals live in a system that directs more love and devotion toward their fellow men than toward Allah, and they cannot even imagine how this may be wrong. In fact, they are caught up in a system of false beliefs in which one individual becomes the slave of others and become a devoted adherent of this secret religion.
This false religion encourages people to abandon Allah and worship others instead. This passionate attachment to other human beings we call “The Religion of Worshipping People.”

The Courage of the Faithful The Courage of the Faithful

Consider the person who lives his entire life avoiding responsibility. One who thinks only of feeding himself, of only his own future, house, car and other property … That which unfolds around him, the tragedies and injustices that take place all over the world, the bloodshed, anguish and hunger suffered by others, does not concern him at all. He is indifferent to plight of those who have been unjustly attacked, or the child who can find not even a crumb to eat. There are many who think that if they can avoid thinking of these concerns, they themselves can be at peace. Though he finds himself in a cruel world, this does not trouble him or affect his conscience.
Now, you may be thinking, “Yes, but what can I do?” But, think how the world would be if everyone thought that way … There would not be a single person to battle for good against the evils of the world. In fact, in every period of history, there have been those who fulfilled this duty. They came out fearlessly, trying to promote good in the world and keep it alive. The basic characteristics to be found among them were a fear of Allah, listening to their conscience, courage, outspokenness, and a willingness to accept responsibility.
True courage, as outlined in the Qur’an, is showing determination in respecting all of Allah’s limits, without exception, and without hesitation, fearing none other than Allah, and not deviating from this course whatever the circumstances or the condition.

The Hypocrite according to the Qur'an The Hypocrite according to the Qur'an

In this book, we will explore the nature of a group of people Allah persistently draws our attention to in the Qur'an: hypocrites. Hypocrites, as the verses relate in the Qur'an, are two-faced people, who act as if they were pious believers, though they do not have faith. They are impostors. More importantly, they do not engage in such falsehood unaided; they aim to infiltrate the company of the believers, posing as one of them. The reason they seek to be accepted among the believers is to gain some personal advantage.
Hypocrites are a kind of people to whom Allah calls attention in many verses of the Qur'an, and against whom He repeatedly warns believers to be cautious. For this reason, a believer, who takes the Qur'an as his guide, needs to be vigilant against hypocrites, and be knowledgable of all their characteristics, for, every community of believers, who live by the morality of the Qur'an, will certainly encounter hypocrites.

What the Qur'an says about Liars and their Methods? What the Quran says about Liars and their Methods

Throughout the world, large numbers of people from every social sector lie from their early years onward for a variety of reasons: to put on a show for others, out of pride, to make others laugh, to ensure a profit for themselves, to protect themselves, and to slander and harm others. Many people lie for very simple reasons or because they have gotten used to it. However, they do not consider doing so a sign of serious immorality, even though Allah has forbidden it and states that liars will be compensated with Hell in the afterlife.
This book warns people against lying, which they regard as innocent or harmless, even though it actually represents a very great danger to them, and points out that Allah forbids lying.

Allah will inspire a person to speak in the way of the Muslims, and lead him or her to speak in the sincerest, most wise, effective and appropriate manner. As long as people are not sincere in faith in their hearts, they will not be able to achieve sincerity in their speech through superficial means, such as by simply paying attention to their words. To be able to speak in the way of the Muslims, it is necessary to live at all times with a faith and consciousness of Allah in one's heart.

Perfected Faith
The "perfected faith" discussed in this book represents the highest level of maturity and depth of faith an individual can ever attain. According to Qur'an, saying just "I believe in Allah" alone is sufficient. However, Allah warns people against this rationale: "Do people imagine that they will be left to say, 'We believe,' and will not be tested?" (Surat al-'Ankabut, 2)
But how does a believer's faith grow mature and become perfect? The purpose of this book is to define the "perfected faith" and explain what is a person of perfected faith like, from what kind of a belief in Allah does he have to about which matters does he talk and how does he pray and what does he ask for.

Passivity in Religion
This book will examine both the overt and subtle methods employed by those who live amongst the Muslims, but who strive to demoralize them. And, it will deal with the attributes of those unbelievers who are prone to ally themselves with such people. In this regard, this book will expose all those character-types who aim to deflate the zeal of the Muslims. Finally, it will explain that what is incumbent upon the Muslims is to further the intellectual struggle, as mentioned in the Qur'an, against these ill-willed people, who strive to promote passivity and idleness among the Muslims. Allah informs us about these character traits in the following verse; Among you there are people who lag behind, and if you encounter a setback then they say, "Allah has blessed me in that I was not there with them." (Surat an-Nisa', 72)

Those Who Do Not Heed The Qur'an

The purpose of this book is to warn people against this biased stance which will lead to grave misfortunes, both in this world and in the hereafter. Our purpose is to invite people to read the Qur'an and ponder deeply upon the verses of Allah, putting aside all forms of prejudice, blindly-acquired knowledge and fixed ideas, as all true believers who have ever lived have done. This reminder and warning is valid not only for those who deny Allah and the Qur'an but also for those who live far from the morals of Qur'an, despite having faith.
